Having resided in Denmark for 30 years and originally from New York in the United States, I bring a large degree of international experience to my practice.
Over my career, I've chosen to focus on two niche areas: executive coaching and team facilitation with the varying “products” that lie under this heading, visible by scrolling down at your leisure.
I work with C-suite leaders and executive teams to address the issues that often remain unspoken: unclear expectations, unresolved tensions, and recurring patterns that quietly limit performance. My work is practical, direct, and grounded in real organizational life.

team coaching
Team coaching is the core of my work and the foundation from which most other services develop. The focus is on both the dynamics and design of the team, working in close collaboration with team members over an agreed period of time.
The coaching addresses how the team functions in practice — how well members get along, get ahead, and remain aligned — so the team can work together more effectively and deliver consistent results.
executive coaching
Individual coaching is delivered over an agreed period and shaped by the senior leader’s context, responsibilities, and priorities. The content and focus of the work emerge from what is most relevant and useful in the leader’s real organizational situation.
The coaching can stand alone or be integrated with team coaching to ensure continuity, alignment, and a clear understanding of how a leader’s intrapersonal patterns and interpersonal impact influence the broader leadership team.
assessments
Using Hogan’s data-based psychometrics and cognitive assessments, I interpret and apply the data with individuals, teams, talent and recruitment processes to provide clear, evidence-based insight into likely workplace behaviour and performance.
straight talk
When unresolved tension between two individuals begins to affect the focus and effectiveness of the wider team, a Straight Talk session provides a structured, timely intervention.
These sessions create a direct and contained space to address the underlying tensions, assumptions, and behavioural patterns at play, allowing the team to move forward with greater clarity, focus, and functional working relationships.
Hogan-based recruitment support is typically used in the final stage of selection, when two or three candidates remain. Using Hogan assessment expertise, candidates receive in-depth feedback and are interviewed based specifically on their profile results.
The focus is on generating clear, psychometric insight into likely behaviour, risks, and strengths from a personality perspective, alongside cognitive data. This information supports clients in making a more informed and confident final evaluation and hiring decision.

The New Leader Assimilation process supports leaders who have been in role for approximately 3–5 months, helping them onboard with their team through a structured, engaging, and transparent process. The approach is well documented and designed to save time and energy for both the leader and the team.
The process helps close the gap between leader, team, and organizational culture, strengthening working relationships and accelerating effective integration.
hogan expertise
I work with a close-knit network of professionals with extensive experience across the Hogan suite of tools, supporting coaching, individual and team assessments, and skill development for Hogan-certified practitioners. This expertise helps leaders and organizations better understand leadership potential, behavioural risks, and patterns of effectiveness.

Based on research-grounded principles of how teams function, Team Tracker is an online tool designed to measure core team dynamics. It provides a clear, accessible overview based on a robust set of probing questions, resulting in visuals and explanations that show where a team stands as a unit and where development efforts will have the greatest impact.
The tool focuses on the team’s ability to Get Along, Get Ahead, and remain Aligned, and can be used with individual teams or across organizations seeking to strengthen performance in their most critical
